- A minimum of two years of experience in biosecurity within broiler farms is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of biosecurity procedures in poultry farms and their implementation in accordance with approved standards.
- Good understanding of broiler farm operations and daily work processes.
- Ability to monitor compliance with biosecurity procedures, identify violations, and detect potential weaknesses.
- Conduct regular inspection visits and prepare daily and weekly reports for management.
- Ability to analyze observations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, with strong reporting skills.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and firmness in enforcing policies and procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel between farm locations.
